Jaime Borda, business manager expert in Marketing and Sales, with an active civic participation in Cartagena; tourist promoter, real estate broker, commercial pilot and flight instructor on mono motor planes, was the founder of the aero naval patrol which today is the naval aviation of Colombia.

Born in 1940 and started photography in 1963, taking pictures of landscapes and fauna as well as advertising photography, dedicating a good part to nude women and aerial photography.

His works as photographer have been published in national and international magazines. He has presented his photographs in Europe, the United States, and Colombia with great success. In 1989 he published his first book of aerial photography with the suggestive name "Cartagena a Ojo de Alcatraz" which has been greatly demanded and a big success.
