Children:
- Up to 2 children under 11 years old free in parents accommodation, pay only for what they consume, the third child is charged as an adult.

- For high season we require a guarantee deposit for all reservations.
- Minimum stay: 3 nights – 4 days.
- For high occupation we recommend to guarantee the reservation with a deposit of two nights of lodging.
- During low season we require to cancel a reservation 48 hours in advance and during high season minimum 7 days in advance. In case the reservation is not canceled before this time the first night of the stay will be charged as no show according to the rate or the selected plan.

Children
- Children from 5 to 11 years old pay rates of children in parents room with food included according to the selected plan.
- Children under 5 years old are free in lodging. Must pay for their consumption.
- Children 12 and up pay as additional adult.
Adults
- Up to 6 persons in the rooms of the first floor of the Torre Colonial and Torre Laguito where additional beds may be placed.
Bed types
- Colonial: One double or two single beds.
- Lagomar: Two double beds.
- Laguito: Two single beds plus two sofa beds or a double bed with two sofa beds.
