If you plan to come to Cartagena de Indias, when you land at the Aeropuerto Internacional Rafael Núñez and check in to the country you must fulfill the following requirements:
Have a ticket to return.
Have effective visa if required.
Have effective passport .
Show you have enough economical media for your stay in the country.
Obtain a permanence certificate of 30, 60, or 90 days by the person in charge of the inspection.
By Sea
If you arrive on a cruise ship to stay for a few hours, then you do not need to follow the above requirements.
